Bank REO Transactions

The bank owned REO market is growing every day but good inventory is still substantially unavailable to smaller investors (less than $500 million). Bank asset managers have been giving top preference to cash-flush hedge funds capable of taking down very large portfolios in a single transaction, thus leaving the independent investor the daunting task to sort out real deals amongst the garbage.

We have relationships with several funds that typically make very large purchases and break them up into smaller offerings. There is always a list of qualified, proofed-up investors signed up to purchase individual break-outs or traunch. If you or your buyer is serious about making an immediate bulk REO purchases, we can facilitate that need without any nonsense. Be prepared to paper-up (MFA / NDNC). You can proof up through the seller's attorney or title. If you are an intermediary, try to be direct as possible.

"The goal of an intermediary is to connect buyers and sellers", not to orchestrate the deal. The faster you can consummate the connection, the faster you will be paid. No legitimate buyer or seller will risk circumventing the parties that led them to a good deal. If they did it would be their last deal.
