Intellative has been providing developers and entrepreneurs assistance in securing commercial real estate funding since the early 70's.
With all the recent changes in capital markets, we are only taking on new clients that have projects that fit the lending portfolio of our private lenders. While the size of the projects we will take on is not limited, the project must be an income producing real estate asset and funding must be close to 75% loan to appraised value. There are a few exceptions, mostly depending on the borrower's net worth and the project type.
